The search for a home can be daunting. You have made the decision that you are not only ready to put down roots and establish yourself but also call a place home. So why is it, that when you start the search to find the perfect place to live, that all you see amongst your search- are houses? House after house, with either one photo, no photo or poorly taken photos used to represent the space, how are you supposed to picture yourself in a house, if it is not marketed properly as a home?
As technology becomes more advanced, the potential and demand for listing presence continues to grow. To stay competitive in this market, it is crucial to provide clients with top of the line marketing services. Among the available marketing options available, Mia Murray Photography has discovered that there is one tool that is remarkably invaluable. With experience working for two #1 Realtors and several top producing luxury agents, I have concluded that the key to success is a strong visual marketing campaign highlighted by outstanding Real Estate Photography. After all, the first thing potential buyers look at is the visual presence of a house, to see if they can envision it as their home. The most important part of the home search picture, is inevitably, the picture. Buyers are online, and photographs are their first exposure to any listing. With that being said, real estate is a visual and emotional transaction, which is why photography is the most effective means of generating interest and activity. Great photographs sell houses. My goal at Mia Murray Photography is to provide the best possible visual representation of your home/listing and get it sold fast. I want potential buyers to connect with your home, to see themselves in it. A house is not just a space to occupy; it is a place to live. Successful real estate photos should sell the home, not the house.

Real estate photography is very important. It helps in the sales of property and helps in bringing out the beauty of each property. I have a platform here that might help other photographers out there in this field.

One of my cousins is thinking of selling his home so that he could move to a better one. What you said about how a professional real estate photographer can take the best angles of a property is very interesting. I should suggest this to him so he could sell his home faster.
